The RUNSOX store, the 10 brands represented and CTT Correios de Portugal, we continue to operate, complying with the legislation in force and the latest guidelines of the Directorate-General for Health.

Even though a state of emergency has been declared in Portugal, at RUNSOX we will continue to operate online 24/7, supplying products and promoting the importance of graduated compression stockings, as indispensable medical devices for people with venous pathologies, but also truly useful in reducing fatigue and muscle pain in healthy people, improving their comfort and health.

RUNSOX's service is mostly provided through the online store, social networks, email and telephone, therefore without face-to-face contact with our Customers. Occasionally, through prior scheduling (by phone 914391783 or email info@runsox.eu) it will also be possible to deliver products to the store/office at Ramada, in which we will follow the guidelines of the Directorate-General for Health, published at https:// covid19.min-saude.pt/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/i026012.pdf ).
