Shipping and Deliveries
RUNSOX works with CTT Correios de Portugal, which ensure a quality service, 24-hour deliveries*, shipping insurance, reduced costs and even the tracking of orders, from origin to destination.
The standard of service used is sending by CTT Registered Mail , with placement in the mailbox (for orders up to 100g) or hand delivery (for orders over 100g) and collection at a CTT post, in case of impossibility of delivery at the address of destination. Shipping costs vary depending on weight, volume, delivery location and destination country. The indicated values are inclusive of VAT.

*Delivery within 24 hours is normally guaranteed for orders placed and paid for before 2 pm, for all products in stock and deliveries in mainland Portugal. In the specific case of Madeira and the Azores, the standard delivery time is 2 to 5 business days.
RUNSOX, like most stores, works with its own stock and the stock of the respective brands, which are made available within the usual period of 24 to 72 hours.

The standard of service used for international shipments is International Registered Mail, which includes the tracking service ( Tracking ), as well as priority treatment, individual control and proof of shipment.
